We have an American neighbor who is, to put it mildly, disliked in the ex-pat community. He is cheap to the point of ridiculous; yesterday he brought it down to theft. We caught him and his worker on our road, stealing gravel from the road. I have a complete set of pictures of the damage.

Talk about frightening–if you look carefully, you can see three stalks of bananas. The one in the center is almost hidden by a withered leaf. For the one on the right, the flower appeared maybe 5 days ago!
