Because we had no rain in April, the bougainvillea, which normally have peak bloom in March and April, are just now hitting their peak. Looks like my heart-to-heart with Darío and that of the neighbors has done the trick with him. He’s on time, takes exactly a half hour for lunch, and his work has been scrupulous. So far, so good. He hasn’t missed the fact that now both the neighbors and I are handing him written lists [...]
